I chose Doctor's Best Brand due to my trust in it from previous experiences. Currently, I have a jaw nerve issue due to tooth problems, leaving me numb after surgery. I was in constant agony, but since I began taking NerveFix and Alpha-Lipoic Acid, my pain has vanished. It's a shame it’s rather expensive. I hoped to eliminate joint pain. After a month of two tablets daily, I finally felt relief; the joint pain fully disappeared. However, after finishing the jar, the pain gradually returned. It seems continuous use may be necessary to sustain the effect. The added bonus was vivid dreams and sound sleep. The only drawback is the price.
